Commando Jeans have a soft (boxer length) cotton lining. Eliminating the need for underwear and providing soft cotton, to cover the rough inside seams and denim!
Just announced in October '05, CommandoJeans has been experiencing tremendous success. And, customers have been kind enough, to write us with comments like, "What a great idea", "You Rock", and "What are the investment opportunities with this new product?".
But, the most common request, was for sizes not available at the time of our initial launch.
While increasing our size range was part of our growth plan, we are able to do it now rather than later. We have pulled in our timeline to service our customers and grow into new markets.
Starting with sizes ranging from 29 waist to 38 waist (with various lengths) we found our market and quickly sold-out. Now, with waist sizes every inch, we start at 28" and go up to 42" waists!
Whitney, our general manager had been talking to several publications, including motorcycle enthusiasts magazines. Whitney told them about a government study* that showed men that “go commando” (without underwear) are apt to be more risk takers. And, the motorcycle enthusiasts should fall into the category of “risk taker”! We also thought, “what guy doesn’t like taking a little risk” and our (unscientific) survey showed close to 50% of men either have, do, or at times go commando.

Whitney continued, “Our market research, found a growing trend in going commando". We learned, the phase “Going Commando” was widely known in this country and abroad”. We also learned that, going commando has been a long running, but silent trend. While it’s being practiced…it’s, not necessarily advertised.
