Return Policy and Procedures
We hope you are completely satisfied with Commando Jeans products.
For purchases made directly with CommandoJeans.com, we offer a 30 day return policy.
To return or exchange merchandise, please contact our customer service department to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number” (RMA#) by
e-mailing us at CustomerService@CommandoJeans.com, or by calling us at: (704) 970-9613 or by faxing us at (704) 970-9613.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under the exceptions indicated below). We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags and labels still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, CommandoJeans.com will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
Exceptions to Return Policy:
• Returns or exchanges of SALE merchandise purchased from CommandoJeans.com must be returned to the online store within 15 days
• No returns or exchanges on Gift Certificates
• Returns, exchanges or gift certificates from retail stores or other online sources will not be accepted.
To return your purchase:
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received from CommandoJeans.com, contact Customer Service (see above). We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions. Upon return and receipt of the product, CommandoJeans.com will exchange or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.
Once you receive your RMA #, you may send it to us at the address below. Upon receipt and examination of your package, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Our return address is:

Important Notes:
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
